I received a letter from Gateway Investment Inc., also showing two addresses on the letter. London UK and Garden City NY. However the envelope shows a Canada Postage and address return noted above.
Letter states they are pleased to inform me I was a lucky winner in a drawing dated 1/30/13. Check enclosed for $2980 from Southest Missouri State University and thru Commerce Bank.

Letter also states I have been approved for a lump sum of $550,000. to be delivered to you soon by a special courier co. Gateway Investment has been contacted by the North American Consumer Compensation Lottery Sweepstakes. Contact Mark Edwards 647-627-8492. Along with the check for $2980 they are requesting you pay the International Service Tax and Insurance by Western Union and money gram in the amount of $1900. signed by a Justin Newman, VP of Global Operations.

(i'm sure its a scam and therefore I am not responding but reporting the scam for others to be aware.)
