On 6-17-12 I ordered a 1 oz trial of DermaPure online for $1.95. I received it approx. 3-5 days later 6-21-12. Approximately 4 days after using it I started breaking out with Discoid Lupus. I called on approx 6-26-12 and spoke with a gentleman named Kyle at 12:31pm, PST. I advised him that I could not
use the product that I had Discoid Lupus and it made me break out. Kyle advised me he was sorry and there was no reason to return the sample and I would not receive any future shipments. Not a couple days later I received the FULL SIZED JAR. I called back and ONCE again was advised not to worry about it that it was their error. I just called them again 04-08-13 at 2:50pm and spoke with someone identifying himself as Joe. I told him I had been billed $89.95 on 7/02/12 and went over the conversation with him. I have all info written down and he told me I spoke with JOE, not Kyle on 07/10/12, (so that was when I got my CC statment and called about it! He said Joe had offered to discount it, etc., that I had not asked for a RMA (return authorization) I advised him that I had, that is WHY I HAD CALLED them in the 1st place. He said there was nothing they could do for me do to the time frame. (excuse me they have all my information and had already told me I would NOT be billed TWICE and I trusted them!) I asked to speak with a supervisor. I heard him in the background say "do you want to talk to her"? Then he said there is nothing we can do for you, and transfered me to a man identifying himself as Barrett or Garrett, I was extremely upset I had trusted them and their attitude. He too said there is nothing we can do for you (even tho they were not to have shipped or billed me....) They billed me immediately AFTER my phone call to them advising I had had a breakout! 6/17/12 ORDERED sample, took
time to get to me, called a few days later cancelling all, then on 07/02/12 had already been charged on same credit card statement as the $1.95 sample for $89.95. They don't allow for shipping, nor trial, AND have no honor. I was lied too not once but twice, and harrassed because I was sick.

I have located the cancellation notification they said I did not have. Cancellation Notification
