I have invested in early October 2012 $195 and the profits have been coming in my account as promised for few weeks.
Then I have requested a withdrawal but despite a confirmation email that I have received from them that my money has been sent to my payment processor account - it never happened.
Soon after that I was not able to login into my account anymore and then the Web site disappeared completely.
I have also emailed Mark Philip, their Senior Customer Officer, JGM Support Team but he never responded to my message.
My total lost there including the Payment Processor Fees is $215
Update: 04/21/2013
I just want to let you know that I have tried to get help from their customer support again but they don't respond to solve my login problem.The company's Web site is up and running, still promising a 100% NO RISK Guarantee.
