I ordered a "free sample" of a beauty kit and a sample of Colagenta. Two minutes after ordering it, I realized that it wasn't free, but was a trial offer and you had to send it back within 2 weeks if you didn't want it. When I tried to cancel, literally less than 5 minutes later, I was told that it was too late. I was annoyed but I decided I would send it back as soon as it arrived.I was told I had to send it back to Caesarea, Israel, even though it arrived to me within a couple of days, so it clearly was not sent to me from Israel. To get it back to Israel within 2 weeks was going to cost me $87.00. I e-mailed the company and told them how dissatisfied I was, and they offered me the products at a reduced price to save me the "hassle" of returning them. This was on January 14. In that e-mail I told them that I did not ever want to receive any of their products ever again. I couldn't have made myself any clearer. Luckily, I kept this e-mail so that I have proof of my wishes. In spite of this, I received the very same order 2 days ago. I called Visa and cancelled my credit card since I felt that this was the only way to prevent them from sending me and charging me for more products. Today I received yet another e-mail from them, wanting to reduce the cost so that I could save myself the "hassle" of returning the products. I told them I don't want to deal with such an unreputable company and that I would send the products back when I get the cost of the postage. Interestingly enough, now, all of a sudden, the package can be sent to DS Marketing in Woodbridge Ontario, instead of Israel. What a scam!!!!! If you are reading this, please tell everyone you know NOT to deal with DS Marketing or the Dead Sea products. This has been a very frustrating and upsetting experience and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
