Albert Brennan, called in order to discuss a loan modifications on our house. We paid by check in 3 payments total amount of 3095.00. He called us on every Tuesday up until March 19, 2013 giving us updates. He stated that with the government we could save more money that was previously quoted. We have not paid our house payment in 3 months because he indicated we were in a grace period. Now when you call his number 8006857541 x 518, there is no answer or no one at the operators desk. We were scammed by albert Brennan. I want my money back because we are broke and we may lose this house. can you help me

- I feel your pain. I was taken for almost $4000. and 4 months behind. As for as getting your money back is pretty slim. Best thing to do is file a complaint with your state attorney general and California's state attorney general. Also consumer affairs. As far as getting your mortgage caught, I suggest borrowing from friends and family. The mortgage company may still work with you on a modification and/or a payment plan over the next 6 months to recover the back due payments. It is truly a shame scumbags like these guys do this to people who are in need. I would love to meet up with Mr. Albert Brennan (if that is his name). I'd get my 4K back with satisfaction of a ball bat or my .45.

- Thanks so much Max for the suggestion. I have started to implement some of the things you have recommended. The bank is now working on something. Do you have an extra bat, We would like to do the same . I don't think this albert brennan exist, that whole scam was from the deepest parts of hell. I know that all involved will get theres in the long run. I will be contacting the states attorneys in the states. Thanks again.
