Maxebiz and Ian Clune

I was looking into starting an online business and Maxebiz seemed to be a good place to start. They told me they would setup the webstore of 1000 products. I started getting calls from numerous other businesses that were telling me if I did not sign up with their company then I could not use Maxebiz as the store creater. I got a call from Ian Clune and he told me that was not true and if I signed up for a 10,000 for a "couple hundred dollars more". I was called by another person who said she was the advertising and client accounts. She told me I needed to sign up for their advertising program and they would create several advertising techniques. I was unaware that would cost $8000!! And they never completed that creation! I told them I could not do that and I thought that was the end of it! Next thing I know my credit card was charged $8000! And I did not receive any kind of advertising what so ever! I filed a dispute and I was credited back the $8000. Next thing I knew Ian Clune called me to tell me he would be my contact for Maxebiz. Then I was charged again at 2 $3000 and 1 $2000! I tried to cancel everything and Ian told me I could not cancel that it was too late and if I tried to file a grievance "I will lose"!! Turns out he was right! I only gave my credit card number to start out with for my store and I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE 3 CHARGES EQUALING $8000! (convenient) I was unsuccessful in getting the dispute because Ian somehow made it look like that I approved everything he charged me for. BIG FAT LIE!!
