I signed up for a £59 Logo Design Package for 6 designs with unlimited revisions at the end of October. It was for a website that was launching mid-December.
As we approached December still no proper designs and they kept sending my ideas back to me!
I requested for a refund and kept receiving emails for re-draws. I kept declining these and now in April 2013 I am still awaiting refund. I have contacted Nochex who processed the payment and still no result.
I am posting this for others and will be reporting fraud against this company.
