I have spent thousands on rubies to make troops to play this game on Kabam.com called Dragons of Atlantis. I have been playing 2 realms one named Alembic and the other Typha. The game glitched and allowed all those troops I trained to be exposed and there for killed when I set the wall to hide them or in other words protect them from being killed. Angel R has repeatedly dismissed my tickets refusing to give the troops back. The wall was left this way all night long, no one does that. This is not an incident of a mere battle lost. We are talking millions of troops that took hours and hours to take down. Since then another realm did the same and we've had other members experience the same fate for their troops. All this money down the drain. We have picture proof that the wall says it's on hide yet it's open for attack if troops are left. It's an attempt for Kabam to sabotage the money spenders in order to recoup troop loss. TOTAL SCAM>

Just wanting to know if anything more is being done or if I need to do something more. Has a formal letter gone out to Kabam?

Notice the wall with the flag fying, that shows the wall is on defend leaving troops that would have been on the wall exposed to be killed. This is what happened to me. Notice Kabam saying there's nothing wrong with a wall glitch at that time. Flags are not supposed to be flying when the wall is set to HIDE. As shown in the picture. Kabam has refused to make this right despite numerous emails sent to them on my behalf.
