I do not know what this is. I did change my address recently with what I was certain was the proper website, but I was not expecting an unreasonable $20 charge for the service. The website name doesn't even match. This charge appeared on my statement this morning when I changed my address last week. The only thing a Google search of the name turned up was this complaint site that says the page was created March 29 2013. I will be in contact with my bank to refute this charge.
