I was misled about a trial for this product, which was meant to be free, all I had to pay was postage, supposedly, they then took £69.95 pounds out of my account. I tried to phone the free phone no provided but it did not exist, so I emailed them to cancel at which I had no reply. I have since been charged another £69.95, this time I was able to ring a no, but was told I could not have a refund as I had been put on their monthly programme which I did not ask for.
