I did not realize the company was based in China.
The coat I ordered was clearly not available. A different coat was sent which was not even the correct size.
Over three weeks all I have received are broken English apologetic e-mails. I have asked for a return address and they keep saying
It is very costly and risky to return the parcel, but they can not
Refund until the parcel is returned, though they will not give me an
Address. I have now read numerous complaints regarding this company. Plus they operate under numerous different names.
