The owner's name is Randy. He drove his tow truck to 8131 Strathmoor, where he picked up a 1999 Malibu that he said he would repair. He picked the car up on 3/9/2012. He requested $300 deposit to do the repairs. He held the car until 3/25/2012, I was finally able to get the car away from him. AAA towing service was used to get the car back to where it was originally and in the same conditon. He did no work on the car and refused to refund the money. He would not answer his phone anymore after that. It took a threat to report the car stolen in order to get it from him. This has been a very uspsetting experience and I don't think that anyone should have to got thru this. I intend to file suit in small claims court, dspite that fact I don't feel I will be successful. I don't feel he has a legitimate car repair and towing service.
