In February I visit, after email invitation, Connected Investors new website. I was asked to subscribe and for a $7 fee to bee able to open all links on the website. However, the site doesn't provide any general information what it is offering and the cost, and I was not interested to network with real estate investors which is main purpose of this website. I left without subscribing to anything else and returned when I was charged on March 2nd with $54 to my debit card. I immediately opposed the charge, cancelled my membership and requested a refund. The company informed me that they canceled my premium membership for which I,to my surprise, I qualified by paying $7, and that my website which is an option for the premium members, and I didn't know about it, was suspended with a promise that there will be not addition charges. I did not supply any information and setting for the website and by checking my website account I found out that they used information from my website canceled 4years ago. I am not able to reach anybody by email, by phone even after another charge to my account $54. Just promises that they will cal back.
