I ordered a customized nfl jersey, telling them the name and number I wanted on it. When I recceived it (3-29-13) it had not been customized and had the number 00 and on the back of the shirt it said "Your Name". Obvisously, I cannot wear the garment. First, I emailed nflshop.com because it was their logo and background, etc. NFLshop.com informed me they are not affiliated in any way with the site so they are illegally making themselves out to look like the reputable NFLshop.com. I emailed nflshop-online.com and informed them of the error and when they replied they said they do not customize and they asked for pictures. I emailed with the pictures of what I recieved, pointing out not only that their website said they customized, my invoice states its a customized jersey, and that I cannot wear a jersey that says "your name" on the back. The most they are offering me is a $15.00 refund when I paid a total of $46.00. The price of the jersey itself was $17.00 plus they added a fee to put it on a credit card, which I had no choice to do, a fee for insurance which I did not ask for and was not told beforehand of, and $20.00 for shipping and handling. The payment was dont through RealyPay.com They said they will monitor and that they will do a forced refund if they think its warranted if I go to their customer center. The only thing at their customer center is a spot to contact the merchant, which I didn't want to do because I had already been doing so, and contact system manager which I did. They did not respond at all to me, and when I went to check on the status, all they did was send my comment to the merchant so they are obviously not going to help at all. I think RealyPay is in China and working with the merchants so I will lose $31.oo and be stuck with a jersey that no one can wear, and they make $31.00 on the deal for something they falsely advertised, did not send me what I ordered, and no one can wear.
