I received a package from E-cigsbrand today. &40.00 was already charged to my credit card,which is pending now. I did not order these items. I called 1-866-830-2464 several times today. No one answered. Instead recording instruction to complain through e-mail is available. It says calls are too busy so you have to use e-mail for complaints. I DID NOT ORDER THIS because I did not like it. You should noy mail products with no order and moreover you should not charge to my credit card.

This order receipt information is completely false because I never did it. you must refund it as soon as possible. Please answer the phone calls if you are doing fair business. I am waiting for your sincere answer.Thank you.

- I just spoke to 2 people. UI told them I did not order the refills. They said I was going to be charged $99.95. I told them I was not. I argued(?) with them the both for about 20 mintues each. I finally said very loudly, that I did not join a membership of any kind. That I would pay for the order I just got that I didn't order, but after that, I had better not find anything else on my card. Cancel me now or I will go to the News Stations. And I will too. They said the will cancel my account. I just pray that they do.
