This is the same thing that happened to several people.
Tried ordering 2 Final Four basketball tickets on Craigslist. He actually called me to discuss transaction.I Gave him $500 via Moneypak, and he never emailed/transferred the tickets.He continued to respond to e-mails even after I sent him an e-mail suggesting he scammed me.
His phone number is 606-233-5164. He emailed his drivers license which I can send if that would help in investigation.
He was still posting tickets on Craigs list as recently as 10pm 4/4
