I did this program thinking it was an Alaska state food handlers site. I took the test and paid the 10$ after I printed the certificate I went back then on their page was a small notice stating that alaska state did not accept their certificates. Since then I have requested a refund and an apology, I also stated that I would be reporting them to the better business bruear. I received a couple of emails back trying to convince me that the company is not a scam stating all the wonderful things they do and how happy their customers are.
Charging me 10$ to print a piece of useless paper sure looks like a scam to me.
