I purchased a train ticket on thetrainline.com on 16/06/2012 and was offered a discount off my next purchase if I signed up to completesave.co.uk which I did. What I didn't realise was that after the first month which is free, they then started debiting my credit card £10 per month until I happened to spot it today. After telephoning them to cancel it, they agreed to refund last month's payment, but I am still £80 out of pocket. Yes, I should have read the terms and conditions more carefully, but to to be quite frank, when dealing with a reputable company like therainline.com, I didn't think for a minute I would be scammed like this!
