i ordered a trial bottle of each sample paying postage only, i recieved nothing and then noticed they had taken 2 payments of £69.95 on the same date i have submitted to yoursleves. I telephoned my bank and had to have my card stopped and now have the unfortunate task of trying to retreive my money. i have spoken to a member of their team who gave id number 4301 and she said i had agreed over the samples. i pointed out i had received no samples and informed them the are rip off merchants. People should be warned of this company.
