With 2 friends from Honolulu,HI, we were supposed to leave for a trip to the Holy Land from Nov.8-19,2012. The trip was cancelled for it didn't meet the minimum requirement of 25 people per Milette
Estrada of Golden Voyages. I wrote the first check of $500.00 on
Aug.23,2012 as a deposit for the trip & a second check of $2,915.00 on Sept.5,2012 as full payment. We expected our refund to come at the latest by end of December, but it never came. After numerous calls & emails to her (which most of the time she does not respond),
she made a promise to send our refund, but until now, April 4, 2013, we have not gotten our refund. This is long overdue! Where's our
money? I am in dire need of money, especially I retired early due to
pneumonia. I am not yet covered by medicare & I pay for my own medical insurance. Why should we beg her for our hard-earned money?
