I ordered trial products of Veloura & Bellagenix based on their advertisement which in that advertisement there was not any terms & conditions and based on that the price of each product was 15.44 RM (about $5)and I totally paid 30.88 RM ( about $10)at 15th Dec 2012. After 3 months in March 2013, my bank called and asked me to pay my credit card balance (Since I had not use my credit card during that time I did not check my balance). When I check my credit card statement I found that they charged me 6 times during three months each time about 300 RM (about $100)which means 1800 RM ($600)totally while I just ordered trial products ( 30 RM = $10) and received only one package in March.
When I called them, they told me there are terms and conditions which indicates that these are life time products but actually there was not any terms and conditions in their advertisement and since the advertisement there is not any more, I do not have any proof. I asked them to refund my money but they told since I did not return the trial products they can not do any thing while they did not send me trial products and I did not receive any trial products. I thought the delay was because of overseas shipment but they told me I should informed them when I did not receive any thing based on terms and conditions that there was not in their advertisement!!!
