I am filing a Complaint against this Taxi Co. for filing a Judgement against me.I have no Idea what its about,I discovered this when I was informed by my Bank after applying for a second Loan that there was a Judgement filed against me.I have since contacted the Federal Trade Commission,Consumer Affairs and the BBB,all three Credit Bureaus.There was an Investigation made.Two of the three Credit Bureaus did Delete the Judgement,but Experian refuses.This all started in May of 2010 when I received a letter from a past Guarantor: ECMC of my Student Loan,they also informed me that a recent data security incident involving personal information relating to me.I would also like to ad that when I spoke to the Consumer Affairs,they asked me if I was a Veteran,I said yes and they stated that Veterans are being "Targeted"! I am a Victim of Identity Fraud! I had a previous Judgement made against me several years ago,but when I received it in the mail,it had a different Intial than mine,so that was removed based on that oversight! This has caused us emotional distress.This has affected our Credit Score.We have Disputed other Creditors and have paid off our Debts.In addition to this matter,we also have a Dispute about Collection Agency: Midland Credit Management,they offered a Settlement in which we paid of on Feb.5,2013 in the amount of $529.34,we later found out that they are considered a "Predatory Collection Agency"ands there is a Lawsuit against them! We have recently observed our credit report and it has not been reported that we paid this Debt off! Looking forward to resolving this matter.I will also be speaking to a VA Attorney concerning these matters.
