I ordered a dress from dress hope for my wedding, when it arrived it was not the uk20 I ordered with a 43 bust...but a uk10 with a 35 bust.....no way was I ever gonna be able to squeeze into that...it was also 2ft to long at the from...I am not short at 5ft 8...
I emailed them straight away and took photographs next to a tape measure like they ask...I had no response so sent it back to the address on the shipping return, costing me £28.. I know they have received it as I had it tracked...they say I didn't have authorisation to send it back and are refusing to exchange for the one I ordered or even refund me...I will be taking the matter further..but be very careful when ordering from them...

- Lottisha,it must be a hassle to yo,but you should figure out your size clear first,i normally choose custom made when ordering,that helped me a lot,here is where i often order www.kimidress.co.uk hope it can help you.
