I received a Dead Sea Beauty Kit which I did not knowingly order, and the full price was taken off my Virtual Visa Debit card.
I went onto their website and noticed that it offered a free risk trial.
I had done a free trial earlier in January,2013 of Collagenta Serum teamed with the Dead Sea Beauty Kit, but I found the products did not work for me and returned them to Collagenta.
I was assured by email January 26 from Greta @collagenta.com that my account was cancelled.
Since her alternate email address was [email protected], I assumed that Greta included any account with dead sea kit as well. But could it be that an autoship account with Dead Sea Beauty Kit was left active while Collagenta was canceled?
