I ordered the trial samples from Mizulean and Puracleanse in February 6, 2013. I was charged on my Visa $10.14 for the shipping and handling. The trial samples were not recieved for approximately 10 days which left me a 4 day trial period. I understood that if I was not completely happy with the products they could be returned for a full refund.
When I noticed I was charged the full price of the trial samples which I did not understand was to be the case but however, I was charged for the trials on Feb 20th which was exactly 14 days after being shipped.
So in fact you do not get a full 14 day trial, you get a few days in which you will have no idea if you want to continue with the product or not.
I continued using the product to see if there were any results and oddly enough there were no benefits whatsoever.
Unfortunately I did not contact them right away and now I see I have another $179.90 charged to my Visa for the second auto order shipment they sent out to me.
When I called the company today they are refusing to refund me anything on the auto order shipment (that I have not even received to date) and after much discussion have offered to give me a 50% credit on the trial sample.
I asked if I could return the auto order as soon as it arrives at the post office as a "return to sender" and get a full refund being that I wasn't even going to open the order. I was told very flatly NO. I asked the representative if I could speak to the supervisor. I went through the whole process again and got the same bullshit answer.
I'm sorry but I would suspect the only way they are making money is by
a) not giving clients ample time to try the product therefore forcing them to pay the charges on the first trial order.
b) quickly sending out the next auto order so in fact you can't even stop the visa payment on that.
What is happening is that the product doesn't stand for itself so they get you by the auto order scam. If this happens to everyone that sucks in to the trial order scam then they've got everyone for the minimum $179.90 and if you don't act fast enough they'll get you for the full $359.80.
Sorry but if you can't sell your product without scamming the public then maybe you better get out of business.
This sort of business dealings should not be allowed.
Shame on me for being stupid enough to order it.
I JUST WANT TO WARN PEOPLE - DO NOT ORDER MIZULEAN OR PURACLEANSE!!! DOESN'T WORK AND NO REFUNDS. TOTAL SCAM, TOTAL RIP OFF
