I ordered for first aid certificate on 2checkout.com from their registered seller americanfirstaid.org and paid USD49.95 but then minutes after payment, I found on scambook.com that the company is a fraud and it's a scam, so I instantly requested for cancellation of order on 2checkout.com. I received an email from [email protected] that A credit/refund has been issued on my order no. 4961514019. This can be on found on the link https://support.2co.com/deskpro/view.php?ticketref=3210-HKCB-0069&pass=6OUw2T1CdU3lyn5U0v8DGxBFKW1QWK . But after a while they denied it and I got an another email from them that "Since the order was canceled the same day that you placed the order, you were not charged for the order" and that an authorization hold was placed on my payment from my bank's side. I checked with my bank and they said that 2checkout.com has already received the payment and it's not on hold by the bank as 2checkout.com gateway is designed to receive instant payment without any system of hold.
