I cancelled my purchase to unlock my HTC Inspire 4g dated February 4,2013. On February 11,2013 I send message to confirm if they already refunded my cancelled purchase and then they said it's "already refunded". Surprisingly, I received a bill from the bank indicating such amount for the alleged purchase twice the amount indicating that it had not been cancelled at all, thus,I am ask by the bank to pay the said amount.Please facilitate the return of this amount as indicated above as soon as possible. Thank you.
