I spoke to an Andrew Garcia (1113-81) at US Financial Resources. He assured me repeatedly that the only expense was a $3.87 fee, charged only once. I heard him mention $19.95 very quietly and when I asked about it he denied and again assured only $3.87 would be charged and only once. He gave me a confirmation code of 245381.
