International boundaries
I made an international order, on July 17th, so there was no way I was going to get product in less than 14 days, in fact it arrived about 4 weeks after the order was placed. I was billed for that order on 2nd and 4th of August. (I don't believe it was made clear in the ad, that you would be billed for the "freebies" if you didn't return them within 14 days, which I couldn't have done, anyway, since they didn't arrive for 4 weeks!).
I canceled by email on 12th August. Now I find I have been billed again, for one product, on 17 th August, which I have not received.
