I've been a loyal member to Robert Moreno Insurance Company for almost 10 years. Never once have I defaulted on payment, and my driving record has been impeccable. The only times that I have required their services would be when I was in an accident, not my fault. When in an accident that does not require Robert Moreno to payout, they are more than happy to provide wonderful, white glove customer service.

More recently, I was a victim of a hit and run accident and Robert Moreno has been very resistant in rendering their services that I am rightfully owed. They sent out an appraiser that inspected my car and now they are claiming that some of the major damages to my vehicle were from a prior accident. Called me a LIAR! and now, RMIS is unwilling to approve the work for the priciest portion of my damages. I have pictures of my vehicle, the markings are the same, the paint color of the other vehicle are the same, and the direction of damages... clearly from the same accident. Not only are they unwilling to pay for the damages, but they have blatantly ignored my 7 voicemail messages that I have left in the last 2 weeks, and the one phone call that I received, was made after hours (probably in hopes to leave a return voicemail), and the adjuster asked me to call her supervisor instead of her assisting me - he does NOT return voicemails either.

The insurance is expecting me to pay my deductible PLUS money out of pocket to supplement the damages that they are not approving... What's the point of having insurance if they only 'assist' you when the opposing insurance company is expected to pay? Do not trust Robert Moreno Insurance Services. Pricey Premiums, Cheap Service.. you don't even get what you pay for!
