Computer scam: I ordered a free product and only paid shipping fees of $3.95. Twelve days later, my debit card was billed $89.97 because I had not cancelled the recurring order for the product. No where on the website ordering page was there any indication that this was a "free trial" and that I needed to cancel the order within 14 days.
When I called the number (877/831-1388), it was a "call center" by the name of GNS Processing, located in St. George, Utah, and they are only responsible for the billing, customer support, and shipping of the product. Of course, they refused my refund, stating that I had missed the cut off date of cancellation.
This is an obvious scam and must be stopped.
