I got an email for cruise job from sevenseasrecruitment.com and they required a first-aid certification for which they gave a link to AmericanFirstAid.org. As soon as the payment was made thorugh 2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA) a payment facilitator, I knew from the first aid course material that it's a scam. I was never sent a certificate and no reply from them.
