MY HUSBAND AND I SIGNED A TWO YEAR CONTRACT WITH DIRECT TV WITH THE AGREEMENT OUR BILL WOULD NOT EXCEED 57.99. WE SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE/SALES LADY AND SHE ASSURED US THAT IT WOULD NOT GO OVER THIS AMOUNT, SO WE SIGNED UP. IT IS NOW A YEAR LATER, OUR BILL WENT FROM 57.99 TO 65.00 TO NOW A WHOPPING 91.54. WE WERE LIED TO AND WE BOTH RESENT THE FACT THAT THE BILL HAS GOTTEN SO OUT OF HAND. WE CALLED AND SPOKE WITH DOMENIC AND A SUPERVISOR STEVIE ID#100670250 AND SHE COULD NOT ASSIST US IN ANYWAY. AT THIS POINT I WOULD LIKE TO SEEK OUT A LAWYER AND ASK WHAT OUR RIGHTS ARE AS CONSUMERS WHEN A COMPANY OF THIS MAGNITUDE LIES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
