I bought a 12-Month Xbox Live Membership card but never got the card or an email regarding where it was... I paid $37.31 and I have proof of having ordered it in my monthly bill statement. I recall somebody from an anonymous number calling me asking me to tell him my information, he said he was making sure nobody was robbing me (as if he worked for a credit card company).
