Hi,
I have been a customer of bitdefender for the past 3 years and every year I have purchased a new version of the product each year,I have done this again this year getting my hands on the 2013 version, but I now see that my 2012 version has been automatically renewed and my credit card has been charged twice without my permission . I don’t want to renew the 2012 version as I have already bought the 2013. I have looked for the auto renewal option on my account profile and this option is Disabled, why was my account then automatically renewed and my credit card charged ?? I need you to credit the amount ( 199.57NZD) back to me. This is not an ethical business practice and i hope i will not be given the run around for my refund.
