I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A GREAT DEAL- I WAS IN NEED OF SOME VIRUS PROTECTION. 1 DAY AFTER I DOWN LOADED TUNEUP360 -MY COMPUTER IS WORSE THEN EVER .I HAVE SENT TUNEUP360 SEVERAL EMAILS.WITH NO RESPONSE -I EVEN CALLED AVANGATE TO ASK FOR A PHONE #-WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE#AND TO EMAIL THEM AND WAIT TO SEE IF I GET A RESPONSE AND THEN TO CALL THEM(AVANGATE) BACK AND THEY WOULD EMAIL THEM? I NOW LEARN THAT I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. SO I WILL PROBABLY NEVER SEE A REFUND -LUCKILY IT WAS NOT MORE THEN $16.70 -BUT NOW I HAVE SOME KIND OF VIRUS THAT I WILL NEED PAY TO GET FIXED! MY ORDER # IS 10120498.THANK U TUNEUP360 AND AVANGATE FOR SCREWING ME AND THOUSANDS OF OTHER'S!
