Downloaded Free File Opener, was told I had to complete an offer from a sponsor to receive activation key. Completed an offer from 4inkjets.com (for extra printer ink) then when I was given an activation key by Cleverbridge it was useless for the free software. I am trying to cancel the order with 4inkjets.com now. Cleverbridge deliberately gave me an activation that was 30 characters long, a mixture of upper and lower case, alpha and numerics, that must be entered exactly. I did so repeatedly and was told each time the key was entered incorrectly.

Thank you for your message. cleverbridge is an eCommerce company who processes payments for hundreds of software publishers and digital media companies. We do not make the software nor do create the activation codes. Since you purchased the software from 4inkjets.com, they have all the information for your order. The activation code comes directly from the software publisher.
We follow the same process when processing orders for our customers. We process the payments and automatically send the activation key, which comes directly from the software publisher, to the customer. Since you did not purchase this through cleverbridge, we will be unable to assist you. However, we have provided contact information for Tioman Capital, the makers of Free File Opener, below:
