It's very simple BananaHobby just stole $82.00 plane an simple. I ordered some parts for my great nephews p-51 airplane. The stuff i ordered was wrong i returned all parts (Delivery Confirmation Number - 0312 0860 0001 2657 0896 they received the parts on Jan 24 th at 1:03 pm.How this company is still operating is beside me. I was told what to do by e-mail,i did it and i still get no money back what a rip-off.

I have tried and tried to e-mail the company,with out any answer at all! I e-mailed to all e-mails that I could find ([email protected] and [email protected] they blocked me out.

Bananahobby has sent a payment to my pay-pal account and this makes me very HAPPY! I wish they would have answered my e-mails before. None of this would have happened !Thanks to scambook!

- I have never dealt with a company that is so inept! I have had 2 heart attacks and my doctor said building balsa airplanes would be relaxing for me! Boy was he ever wrong. I live on total Disability and a small pension so every bit of money is very important to me.I should have known something was wrong When bananahobby has no customer service phone number! I don't drive a lot and do a lot shopping from the internet,have been doing this for years and have never had a problem till now! Maybe they are not really running a hobby company,wonder what kind of a company they are running. They sure do not want to help people who deal with them. I know i did what i was told to do and they got there parts back but i sure did not get any money back. One part of the proof they stole from me. (Go to the U.S. Postal web site and put in 0312 0860 0001 2657 0896: ) it was delivered on Jan 24th 2013 at 1:03 pm!

- Bananahobby made me a payment to my pay-pal account and i am just fine with the amount that was sent!
