Mr. House came out to my home located at (Personal Information Removed) on February 2013. Mr house charged me 600.00 dollars to repair my hot tub. Mr. House was called to come back out due to the fact that the repair was not done properly. The second time he charged me 30.00 travel fees and no repair. the third time he charged me 65.00. During this inconvenience Mr House left my hot tub open and exposed the electrical parts to the elements. I also used over 2000.00 gallons of water dealing with Mr. House because each time he promised me that the hot tub was repaired. Mr. House was also disrespectful when asked to return and repair the hot tub correctly. I dont this experience to happen to another consumer.
