Yesterday the g-mail format was arbitrarily changed. I called the LE123 site listed on the g-mail/google web page. Here is what happened:
My request was to get back the old format. The telcon guy named Sagir told me that if he took over my computer he would do so. This was a BIG LIE.
What did happen is that my system was put through a supposed or perhaps real AVG rescue scan and several hundred "problems" were found. Then came the scam part.
In order to "fix" my problems the minimum one-time charge would be $120. If I would fork over either $299. or $399. I would never have to buy another computer and the firm would "protect" my system for life.
When I refused I was left with the systems Sagir had installed and a "so sad, too bad, tough luck" hidie ho.
I called back and worked my way up the line to the head Bombay, India telcon complaint arrogant spokes person who explained that g-mail is a free service so google can do anything it wants. The new format has to do with interfacing and government control of the FREE air. (I will be once AGAIN contacting the FCC, FTC and Indiana AG's offices regarding this flagrant privacy violation.)
The scam is the AVG "scan" and installation of systems on my computer.
Those systems have been removed. Today the punishment began. G-mail no longer is picked up by my android.
In 24 hours google chrome will be removed from this system, a private security program installed as well as a switch to a secure e-mail character.

WARNING: This is the wave of the future. Anything you put into the air is no longer your private business. This current administration is the single most intrusive power grabbing bunch of traitors to ever occupy power.

I sincerely hope that others will take the time to contact the federal agencies mentioned and their state's AG's. Both the FTC and Indiana AG's offices responded to a scam perpetrated on the Glenn Beck websites side bar by HydraWhite. I got my money back. This scam is far more widespread and worse as the scammers are on the offensive. The choice to change the e-mail system and YOUR computer is not yours.
