I ordered an advertised "FREE" e-cigarette Starter kit for $4.95 and was billed a month later $99.67. They also billed me for $79.62 for 24 refills which I never ordered and never received. I called and they would not refund the cost of the starter kit as it was over 30 days since the order. They did "say" they would refund the cost of the refills. I will see. Very much a scam with hidden terms and conditions on their website (small dark lettering at the end of the page).
