I was selling an hp laptop on craigslist in Eugene. Romeo told me he wanted to buy it, so I shipped it to Tennessee. He had previously asked me if I had a paypal account. However, he resinded the amount when the laptop got to TN telling me he would send me a cashiers check. He never did.
