International boundaries
The above company was to get me a lower interest rate from my mortgage co. If they were not able to, they were to refund my money. It is in there contract I signed. I am still trying to get my money back. The above company in November of last year sent me a "Refund Request Form" asking me why I WARRANT A REFUND. I never got a response back from them. I have been emailing and calling since last year. Pleas advise
