I purchased three 165 credit packs through iTunes in app. I received an immediate message saying my account would be credited within 72 hours. My credit card was charged on 20 March. On 27 March, I still had not received my credits. I contacted customer support and received a prompt reply stating that Buffalo Studios is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it. I replied asking why they could not just credit my account since I paid for the credits over a week ago. I have received no response. My real question is, if they are aware of the problem, why do they continue to take people's money?
