like all the rest was charged 79.99 twice on my bill 14 days from purchase and guess what I CALLED to check on the shipment way before and they confirm that i will receive it in 1 or 2 days max, 3 weeks later i call again they said u will receive it in 1 or 2 days max coz of customs, they are not saying the truth and not being honest about anything they say. their call center is useless as the agents dont know what is your record and above all I DIDNT RECIEVE THE damn product for me to be charged, full price. they are not fair and should be penalized. the best option they offered me is 'rebate 50%' still not fair.
