I won in an auction a Super Mario watch for my son. I was really happy to think that I would give to him for his birthday but after a month had past I began to complain to customer support who assured me that my item was shipped (though they couldn't provide me with a tracking number) they then sent me the following email on June 3, 2011:

"Dear Valued Customer,
We sincerely apologize for the delay in our shipment; however, due to escalated demand of our product we have experienced a slight backlog and do not have this item in stock. Rest assured, we have amended the shipment problem and are working for an expedited delivery to your residence. "

I then went to the website and they were selling the SAME WATCH again at the auction. I have a screen capture of their current auctions where they are selling the same watch. BUT THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE IT IN STOCK?????? How can they sell items they dont have????????? This is a scam!

But I had "won" and paid for 6 other auctions in the meantime because I understood that the shipping time can take 2 to 3 weeks according to their FAQ page. But after they failed to provide me with a tracking number I started to email them and I noticed that the emails were all the same. Its not a real person writing back (I know duuurrrr) so I called them. The guy on the phone went and looked up the auction and told me that it was on its way out from china and that I would have it next week at the latest. Well that was last week and still nothing. The shipping status on all my auctions says RT104020122HK which is not a valid shipping number and I am afraid that my son is never going to get his Mario Watch.

So I am going to take the information from this website (thanks scambook) and send it over to my bank and they have assured me that they will give me all my money back from bidrack and log them in their network for fraudulent activities (LOVE CITIBANK!!!!).

  • OK so today July 1, 2 months after I first won the watch it has arrived in the mail and it is really a nice watch (though not the one that was advertised) . My son is really happy with it and that was all that matters to me. I still wont be doing anymore business with this company because they handled things so poorly with my items and with other peoples accounts.
