Since installing my security system, my account was mishandled from the very beginning. I was told the security camera's are wireless, they are not. Also I was told that these camera's would operate without WIFI, that was incorrect as well. The camera's and door look was not installed because of these reasons. This company has withdrew monies from my bank account on a daily bases totaling 435.98. I only agreed for them to accept payments of $66.00 for the first month payment and an additional $120.00 for additional equipment. Not the remaining amount. I have faxed this company within the 30 days cancellation period, but I'm being held hostage by the company.
Please help.
