International boundaries
I sold 2 pairs of Beats by Dr. Dre Headphones. A blue pair and a silver and black pair. It was on KSL.com and he texted me and wanted both pair for $400 plus shipping and handling and paypal fees of $60.00 for a total of $460. Apparently it is a scam of some sort because they wanted the tracking number before the fund would be released. So we sent them with a tracking number in paypal, but the funds never were giving to paypal.
We called paypal and they said that this is a scam and never went thru them. Paypal suggested that we send a complaint to you and see if you can help us.
Thanks for any help you can give us with this scam.
