I have been with Optionrally for 5 months and really enjoy trading with them. In the past I have made 4 withdraws without any major problems. However, my last request was done on 18/03/2013 and cancelled 21/03/2013 without any explanation. I e-mailed them and put in another request on 22/03/2013. Since then I have tried my best to sort out the problem and send them 7 e-mails to ask assistance or to phone me. No one bothered to reply to any of my e-mails. It has now been 9 days since my first request and it still shows pending. What is even of greater concern is the fact that my e-mails are completely ignored. I know for a fact that there is more than enough funds in my account,so the previous complaint from another customer is not applicable to me. How do I solve this?
