Sent 2430.00 to emotors consignment 03 01 2013. Delivery of motor cycle was to be 03 08. Bike never showed, was told shipment delayed but truck on its way and should be here 03 11. Never showed up. Told it would be the 15th. No show. Told it would be the 20th. No show. Tried to get details from emotors chat via Jason and was banned. Contacted emotors for refund on 03 17 2013. They responded and stated it can take up to ten working days for refund to be taken care of. Tried to contact them today for update and can't get on. I want my money back. How do we do this? Really, really burned.
